Welcome - Max Powell 2. Receive public comment. 3. Operations Report for March- Jaxson Taylor 4. Superintendent report on Grounds and Equipment - John Hansgren 5. Discussion/Review the following projects: a. Status on the Donor plaque for the new Outdoor Pavilion- Jay Fugal b. Installation of new LED range lights c. Status of new Flagpoles (4) at outdoor pavilion d. Hitting mats for Driving Range e. Update on application for funds from Utah County Water Conservation - John Hansgren i. Filter station bids ii. Bids for installation of filter f. Two new storage areas under the south covered walkway. g. Upcoming meeting with the Mayor's and City Managers on May 18, 2023, at 6 p.m. Fox Hollow Board will meet at 5:30 p.m. Action Items 1. Review and action on approval of the March 16, 2023, board meeting minutes. 2. Review and action on the March, 2023 Finance Report. - Stewart Reeve 3. Review and action on Kent Wells' Severance Payment, awarded April 28, 2009. 4. Discussion on additional business items for placement on a future agenda. 5.
