Public Hearing Notice
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Administrative Control Board (the 'Board') of the North Summit Fire Service District (the 'District') and hold a public hearing on Thursday, May 11, 2023, beginning at 6:00PM at the Summit County Courthouse, 60 N Main St. Executive Conference Room 2nd floor, Coalville, UT 84017.
The purpose of the public hearing will be to receive public comment on and possibly take action to adopt the District's proposed Impact Fee Analysis (the 'IFA'). A copy of the IFA may be viewed on the District's website at NorthSummitFire.org (or attached in this notice) or Monday through Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the District office located at 310 S Henefer Rd., Henefer, UT 84033. A copy of the IFA will likewise be available at the Coalville Branch of the Summit County Library. The Library is located at 82 North 50 East, Coalville, UT 84017, and is open 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
