Description/Agenda: PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE is hereby given that the Fillmore City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing in conjunction with the regularly scheduled Fillmore City Planning Meeting on TUESDAY 25, 2023, at 7:05 p.m. at the Fillmore City Council Chambers located at 75 West Center Street, Fillmore, Utah. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment regarding amendments to Fillmore City Municipal Code §§ 10-6-3, 10-7A-3, 10-7B-3, 10-7C-3, 10-8A-3, 10-8B-3, 10-9A-3, 10-10-3, and 10-18a-7, regarding each zone's requirements regarding sidewalk, curb, and gutter.
