Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF ELECTION HELPER MUNICIPAL OFFICES Helper City Municipal announces a municipal election will be held to elect (3) City Council Member 4 year term each. Candidate Filing Period June 1 to June 7, 2023 Declaration of Candidacy Forms must be filed in person with the City Recorder at 58 South Main St. Helper, Utah during office hours and not later than the close of normal office hours between the hours of 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Information is available at vote.utah.gov and the Recorders Office 435-472-5391.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the City of Helper will make reasonable accommodations to participate in the meeting. Request for assistance can be made by calling 472-5391 at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting to be attended.
Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation: IT IS POSSIBLE THAT A MEMBER OF THE COUNCIL WILL BE PARTICIPATING BY ELECTRONIC MEANS. THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS SHALL SERVE AS THE ANCHOR LOCATION. MEMBERS OF THE PRESS AND PUBLIC ARE INVITED TO ATTEND.
