Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF HEARING FARMINGTON CITY Notice is hereby given, that on Thursday May 4, 2023 at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as business permits, at Farmington City Hall, 160 South Main Street, the Farmington City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider amendments/additional text to the Zoning Ordinance as follows: 1. Amendments to the Farmington City Zoning Ordinance. The purpose of these amendments is to resolve inconsistencies between sub-paragraphs under Section 11-17-050 regarding the location of accessory buildings and garages in Side Corner Yards in the OTR zone, and possibly other zone text changes as well (ZT- 8-23).
