- Castle Dale City will have a Municipal Election on November 7, 2023. There are three Four year City Council positions up for Election. Declaration of Candidacy will be June 1 and 2 from 9 am to 5 pm, and June 5, 6, and 7 from 9 am to 5 pm. Candidates must apply in person at Castle Dale City Hall located at 20 S 100 E, Castle Dale. (1) An individual may become a candidate for any municipal office if: (a) the individual is a registered voter; and (b)(i) the individual has resided within the municipality in which the individual seeks to hold elective office for the 12 consecutive months immediately before the date of the election.
