Description/Agenda: Pursuant to Section 10-3-301(2)(a) of the Utah Code, notice is hereby given that the Municipal Offices in Murray City, Utah to be voted on in the 2023 Municipal General Election are: 1. Murray City Council Member representing Council District 1 2. Murray City Council Member representing Council District 3 3. Murray City Council Member representing Council District 5 A primary election will be held, if necessary, on Tuesday, August 15, 2023. The general election will be held on November 7, 2023. A Murray City resident who is interested in becoming a candidate must file a Declaration of Candidacy between June 1 and June 7, 2023. Declarations of Candidacy must be filed with the Murray City Recorder at the new city hall, 10 East 4800 South, Room 155, Murray, Utah, during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm). A $95.00 filing file will be collected during the declaration period.
