- NOTICE INVITING BIDS PROVO CITY CORPORATION will receive RFP and sealed bids for Construction of the Provo City Paving - Regional Sports Park Project, Bid No. PROVOEN202424676. Bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. March 28, 2024 at the Provo City Engineering Office, 1377 South 350 East, Provo, Utah 84606. WORK PRIMARILY CONSISTS OF: Paving parking lots, roadways, and roundabouts at the new Provo City Regional Sports Park. COMPLETION OF WORK: The WORK must be completed by August 1, 2024. OBTAINING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS: Contract documents, including drawings and technical specifications, may be obtained online at SciQuest (www.purchasing.utah.gov) or at the office of the Provo City Engineering Division beginning March 11, 2024. The cost of the contract documents, when obtained from Provo City Engineering, is $30.00 and is non-refundable. NOTICE OF PUBLICATION: Published in the Daily Herald March 8, 16, 18, 2024; posted on SciQuest beginning March 11, 2024 through March 28, 2024. PROJECT INFORMATION: Information on the Provo City Paving - Regional Sports Park Project may be requested from David Michelsen, Project Engineer, (801) 852-6736.
