- NOTICE OF ELECTION: Nephi City will hold a general election on November 7, 2023, to allow registered voters to elect THREE COUNCIL MEMBERS, all four-year terms, Nephi City by ordinance, provides for a non-partisan election with a primary election if needed in August,2023. DECLARATION OF CANDIDACY FILING PERIOD: June 1st through June 7, 2023 Nephi City Hall (21 E 100 N) During normal business hours QUALIFICATIONS: -US Citizen -At least 18 year old -Resident of Nephi City for at least 1 year -Registered voter of the City
