- Public Notice The Francis City Council will hold a public hearing on May 11, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. at the Francis City Community Center, located at 2319 So. Spring Hollow Rd. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments regarding code text amendments affecting Section 18.15.210 Accessory dwelling units (ADUs). The public is welcome to attend in person and make comment. Comments may also be submitted in writing to Suzanne Gillett, Francis City Recorder prior to 3:00 p.m. on the day of the public hearing or by email to comments@francisutah.org. The meeting will be streamed live on the Francis City YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC-9wahpEELShvGQZShXGIXg
