- NOTICE OF MUNICIPAL OFFICES TO BE VOTED ON In the Centerfield City Municipal General Election Three (3) City Council Members- 4 year terms Candidate filing period begins Thursday, June 1, 2023 and ends Wednesday, June 7, 2023. A Declaration of Candidacy Form or Nomination Petition must be filed in person with the City Recorder or City Treasurer (deputized election officer) at 130 South Main, Centerfield, Utah between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Or by emailing belnapl@centerfieldcity.org or calling 435.201.0234 during 8 a.m.- 9 a.m. any days and on Friday, June 2 from 2 p.m.-5 p.m. Candidate filing deadline is Wednesday, June 7, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. (UCA 20A-9-203). QUALIFICATIONS FOR CANDIDACY ARE: (UCA 10-3-301; 20A-9-203) 1- Be a United States Citizen 2- Be a registered voter of the municipality 3- Be a resident of the municipality for a period of 12 consecutive months immediately before the date of election. 4- Not be convicted of a felony or treason unless the right to hold elective office has been restored.
