Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The City Council of the City of St. George will hold public hearings on Thursday, May 4, 2023, at 5:00 p.m. in the St. George City Council Chambers at 175 E. 200 N. to consider the following: Consideration of a petition for an easement vacation by subdivision amendment for Greystone Estates Partial Amendment A (Lot 6 & 41) by vacating the existing public utility and drainage easement along the southern boundary of said lot and adding an additional lot to the subdivision boundary. Interested persons may present their views in writing by emailing comments to christina.fernandez@sgcity.org or by mail to 175 E 200 N, St. George, UT 84770 Attn: City Recorder prior to the hearing or attend the hearing.
