Town website outdated information, remote links. 3. Update from Town Council/ Mayor. 4. Review land use applications, assignment to make corrections and maintain final copies of applications. 5. Review proposed zone change areas and vote on recommendations to Town Council. Discussion on zone change process, public noticing, and assignments. 6. Review, redline, and provide comments to Cedar Fort Subdivision (6 lots, South end of town.) 7. Review, redline, and provide comments to Arnold Subdivision (6 lots, South end of town.) 8. Individual reports on proposed land use code, discussions, and assignment to make modifications and maintain final copies. 9. Public Comment (3 Minutes ONLY) 10. Adjourn
