- NOTICE IS HERE-BY GIVEN THAT THE HINCKLEY DESERET CEMETERY DISTRICT WILL BE HOLDING A MEETING ON THURSDAY, APRIL 27TH, 2023 IN THE HINCKLEY LIONS CLUB BUILDING AT 240 W CENTER STREET HINCKLEY, UTAH, IT SHALL BEGIN PROMPTLY AT 7:00 PM THE AGEND MAY BE AS FOLLOWS: 1. Roll call 2. Review and approval of minutes from the previous meeting 3. Petitions, remonstrances and communications 4. Chairman: Mike Anderson Board: Skip Taylor, Doug Western, Daryl Dutson, Leon Lewis and Diane Greener 5. New Business: a. New Board Member b. Cemetery Notice - Seasonal Maintenance c. Sod d. Memorial Day Activities/Toilets e. Sexton Update 6. Outstanding Business: a. Burial/Disinterment's b. Deseret Building 7. Adjournment CERTIFICATION OF MAILING The undersigned duly appointed Secretary/Treasurer for the Hinckley Deseret Cemetery District, hereby certifies that a copy of the foregoing agenda was sent to each member of the Board via Email and/or USPS, and posted in three public locations (Hinckley City Public Notice Board, Deseret Community Center and Utah Public Notice Website on the 20th of April 2023.
