- CITY OF HOLLADAY PUBLIC NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION Notice is hereby given that on the 20th day of April, 2023 the Holladay City Council adopted Ordinance 2023-03 Ordinance 2023-03 restricts the use of personal fireworks within all portions of Holladay lying east of 1300 E The complete ordinance is available for public inspection during normal working hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday in the office of the City Recorder located at 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay, UT.
