This is a public meeting, and anyone is invited to attend. 1. Call to Order, Welcome NEW BUSINESS 2. Introduction of New Committee Members and City Council Advisors 3. Review of all Events/Activities with updates from Event Coordinators 4. Review Budget and Invoices 5. Update on Magazine and Deadlines 6. Other Business, Reminders and/or Questions 7. Set next meeting date ADJOURNMENT 8. Closing Remarks and Adjourn
