- Public Notice The Oakley City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on: Wednesday, May 3, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. Anchor location at: 960 W. Center Street Also available at: ZOOM Meeting I.D. 820 258 4629 The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment regarding River Haven Subdivision at approximately 4500 N. Millrace Road. Proposed subdivision includes 14 lots on 19.18 acres. Applicant is Trevor Williams. See attached conceptual design plat (subject to change.) PLEASE NOTE: Public comment will be received during the Public Hearing section of this meeting. Please keep your comments to 3 minutes. Public comments can also be sent to stephanie@oakleycity.com prior to 5:00 p.m. May 2, 2023. These comments will be reviewed by Commissioners prior to meeting of Planning Commission. For a copy of this notice, please visit: 1) www.oakleycity.com or www.pmn.utah.gov, 2) Oakley City Offices, 960 W. Center Street, or 3) call 435-783-5734. Forthcoming meeting agenda and project staff report will be available at the above locations as well.
