Description/Agenda

In accordance with UCA 10-3-301, public notice is hereby given that North Logan City will hold its 2023 Municipal Election to elect three (3) Council Members. Council Members serve four-year terms and are elected at large. Election dates will be: * Primary Election: Tuesday, August 15, 2023 (if necessary) * General Election: Tuesday, November 7, 2023 The Incumbents are: Council Member: Buzzy Mullahkhel Council Member: Craig Humphreys Council Member: Roger T Anderson Those interested in filing for one of these offices must: Be a U.S Citizen at the time of filing, Be a registered voter of North Logan City, Be at least 18 years old, Be a resident of North Logan City for at least 12 consecutive months immediately preceding the date of the General Election (November 7, 2023), and Not be a convicted felon. Candidate Filing Period is from 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 1, 2023 and ends at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 7, 2023, excluding Saturday and Sunday. Declaration of Candidacy Form or Nomination Petition must be filed in person at the North Logan City Recorder's Office located at 2076 North 1200 East, North Logan, UT. There is no filing fee.
