NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Ephraim City ('City') hereby gives notice of the City's intent to acquire approximately 5.45 acres of real property (the 'Property'). The Property consists of Parcel 6382, located at approximately 3900 Airport Rd. The City will hold a public hearing prior to acquiring the Property. The public hearing will be held on May 3, 2023, at 6:00 pm, or as soon thereafter as possible, in the City Council chambers in Ephraim City Hall, located at 5 South Main St., Ephraim, UT. All interested persons are invited to attend. After receiving public comment, if any, the City Council may make a decision on the acquisition of the Property.
