Open M-Th 1-6, F Closed S 12-4: Summer gets much higher traffic 100+,

Mill Levy wording: Ron-still working on it, city tax discussion in June
Mike-council won't go for it right now,
maybe as a reallocation, rather than an additional tax
Perhaps forming a special district-they can have taxing authority
Charge those not in the tax base
