- Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Harrisville will hold the Regular Council Meeting on Tuesday, January 27, 2009 at the Harrisville City Hall, 363 W. Independence Blvd. which will begin at 7:00 P.M. The Agenda shall be as follows: Call to Order, Welcome Pledge of Allegiance - Council member Crowther CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS: a. Approval of agenda. b. Approval of minutes from Council Meeting held January 13, 2009. AGENDA ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION/ACTION 1. Public Hearing on the Capital Facilities Plan, Ordinance #404, An ordinance of Harrisville City, Utah, amending ordinance 304 relating to the impact enactment as provided herein by adopting an updated storm water capital improvements plan prepared by Jones and Associates consulting engineer; imposing the corresponding updated impact fee; providing an effective date; and severability. - Kent Jones. 2. Public Hearing on the Capital Facilities Plan, Ordinance #405- an ordinance of Harrisville City, Utah, amending ordinance 304 relating to the impact enactment as provided herein by adopting an updated sanitary sewer capital improvements plan prepared by Jones and Associates consulting engineers; imposing the corresponding updated impact fee; providing an effective date; and severability.- Kent Jones. 3. Public hearing and discussion and/or approval on Resolution #2009-01, a resolution of Harrisville City, Utah, adopting the updated sewer rate analysis prepared by Jones and Associates consulting engineers; incorporating the Central Weber Sewer improvement district rate increase; and imposing the corresponding sewer rate fee.- Kent Jones. 4. Report for Ogden-Weber Community Action Partnership. - Fred Oates. 5. Discussion and/or approval for Conditional and Final Acceptance for New Towne Square phase one. - Norm Frost. 6. Discussion and/or approval for Conditional and Final Acceptance for The Cottages phases 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5. - Norm Frost. 7. Discussion on Bona Vista Billing. - Bill Morris. 8. Six month Mayor Pro-tem assignment. -Mayor Hendrix. 9. Public Comments. 10. Mayor/Council Follow-up. Adjournment
