NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following public hearings have been scheduled to be heard by the Clearfield Planning Commission at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 3, 2023; and by the Clearfield City Council at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 23, 2023. The meetings will be held in the Council Chambers on the 3rd Floor of the City Municipal Center located at 55 South State Street, Clearfield, Utah 84015.
Discussion and Possible Action on DA 2023-0302, a development agreement request by the Davis County Health Department to address aspects of the Downtown Clearfield Form-Based Code pertaining to the parking lot expansion and creation of a fleet parking area. Location: 110-160 S. Depot Street (TIN: 12-020-0033, 12-020-0047, & 12-020-0034). Project Area: 0.8286 Acres. Zone: U-R (Urban Mixed Residential). (Legislative Action)
The purpose of this development agreement is to grant certain code modifications related to the expansion of the public parking lot area and the creation of a fleet parking lot area.
All interested persons present will be given an opportunity to be heard. Written comment may also be submitted, by mail to Clearfield City, Community Development, 55 South State Street, Clearfield, UT 84015. Written comments not received prior to the date of the meeting, may not be able to be considered.
A copy of the application is available for review at the Customer Service Center of the City Municipal Center located at 55 South State Street, Clearfield, Utah, Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
