Any Planning Commissioner or Director may request that an item on the Consent Agenda be moved to the Public Hearing portion of the meeting for full discussion and separate consideration. Members of the audience will be given an opportunity to request full discussion and removal of an item from the Consent Agenda. APPROVAL OF MINUTES from the meeting of April 13, 2023 PC 23-025 Lions Den Daycare [Conditional Use Permit] Siuana Pauni/Lopiseni Pauni, authorized agent/owner is requesting a conditional use permit to operate an in-home daycare for up to 16 children at 1624 East 1140 North in the Suburban Neighborhood Residential (NR-4) zone; TIN 07-026-0002 (Hillcrest Neighborhood). PUBLIC HEARING The following items are scheduled for a public hearing before the Commission. The order of the meeting is for the Chair to read the agenda item. Staff will summarize its report to the Commission. The proponent of the project can make a presentation. Public comment is encouraged. The Commission will close the public hearing and deliberate prior to a decision. PC 23-024 Ebenezer Church -Requesting continuance to the May 11, 2023 meeting. [Design Review & Conditional Use Permit] Deluxe Homes Corp/Mary Perez, authorized agent/owner is requesting a design review and conditional use permit to construct a new 7,930 square-foot church building that will connect to an existing home, that is currently being used as a church, located on a .51-acre lot at 1231 West 2200 South in the Commercial (COM) zone; TIN 03-005-0018 (Woodruff Neighborhood). PC 23-023 City of Logan-Transportation Master Plan [Plan Review] Darren Farar/Logan City is requesting the review and adoption of Logan City's 2023 Transportation Master Plan.
