- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE TRANSPORTATION IMPACT FEE ANALYSIS FOR SUMMIT COUNTY Pursuant to the provisions of Sections 11-36a-504 of the Utah Code, as amended, Summit County, a political subdivision of the State of Utah seeks public comment related to its draft Transportation Impact Fee Analysis and associated enabling ordinance. Summit County intends to adopt transportation impact fees for all of unincorporated Summit County (and in doing so, amend the existing Snyderville Basin transportation Impact Fees). The draft Transportation Impact Fee Analysis, a summary of the Analysis and the enabling ordinance are available for review at the Summit County Engineering Department located at 60 North Main Street, Coalville, Utah 84017, on the County website at www.summitcounty.org, or at the Summit County libraries located at 110 North Main Street, Kamas, Utah 84036, 1885 West Ute Boulevard, Park City, Utah 84098 and 82 North 50 East, Coalville, Utah 84017. The public hearing will be held electronically, via Zoom, on Wednesday, May 3, 2023, beginning at 6 p.m. and at the anchor location which is the Sheldon Richins Building (1885 West Ute Boulevard, Park City Utah 84098) to assist you in viewing the meeting and providing comments.
