NOTICE OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE VINEYARD CHILDREN'S LIBRARY BOARD Tuesday April 18, 2023, 6:00 p.m. PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Vineyard Children's Library Board will hold a regularly scheduled meeting at City Hall, 125 South Main Street, Vineyard, Utah. You may also view the meeting on our live stream channel. CALL TO ORDER 1. INVOCATION/INSPIRATIONAL THOUGHTS/PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 2. SWEARING IN OF BOARD MEMBERS - Deputy Recorder Kelly Kloepfer 3. BUSINESS ITEMS 3.1 LIBRARY OPERATIONS Communications Manager Kathryn Newman will review the library's current operations. 3.2 UPCOMING EVENTS Kathryn Newman will review the library's upcoming events including: --April 25: Impact Vineyard Community Fair --May 9,11: STEM Events --June 1-3: Vineyard Days --June STEM Activities --June 5/12-Summer Reading Program Launch 4. TRAINING SESSION 4.1 Library Board Training by Rachel Cook, Utah State Library Consultant 5. BOARD MEMBERS' REPORTS AND EX PARTE DISCUSSION DISCLOSURE 6.
