RIVERTON CITY PUBLIC NOTICE The Riverton City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 27, 2023 beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Riverton City Municipal Building located at 12830 South Redwood Road to hear following item(s): a. Lifferth Short-Term Rental, PLZ-23-2017, a conditional use permit for a short-term rental located at 13259 S. Forest Meadow Drive. Applicant - Monica Lifferth b. The Carbon Collective, PLZ-23-2018, a conditional use permit for a home occupation tattoo studio to be located at 12430 South Redwood Road. Applicant- Sarah Irving c. Sycamore Glen Townhomes, PLZ-22-8011, a site plan for ten new townhomes to be located on .87-acres at 11833 South Redwood Road. Applicant - Brooke Anderson This meeting is open to the public. A staff report will be available for public review through the City website prior to the meeting. Audio and video of the meeting will be broadcast live. Audio and written minutes will be available following the meeting. Public comment for this item may be submitted via email to planning@rivertonutah.gov or by phone to 801-208-3149. All comments submitted before 5:00 pm on the date of the hearing will be relayed to the Planning Commission. Individuals needing special accommodations or assistance during this meeting shall notify the City Recorders Office at 801-208-3126, at least two business days in advance of the meeting. Accessible parking and entrance are located on the south end of the building with elevator access to the City Council Chambers located on the second floor.
