CITY OF WEST JORDAN
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A public hearing will be held before the West Jordan City Council on Wednesday, May 24, 2023 at 6:00 pm, or as soon thereafter as possible in the Thomas M. Rees Justice Center, Community Room, 1st Floor, 8040 S Redwood Rd, West Jordan, UT 84088. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments regarding a substantial amendment to the West Jordan Community Development Block Grant Program Year 2022 Annual Action Plan for the transfer of $24,929 from Contingency to the project Emergency Home Repair and Access Improvements.
Proposed balance of the funds is as follows:
FROM - Contingency
Current Funding $53,393
Proposed Funding $28,464
TO - Emergency Home Repair and Access Improvements
Current Funding $150,071
Proposed Funding $175,000
No projects or activities will be deleted.

Written comments can be submitted to the email noted above addressing the proposed funding recommendations. Written comments will be received concerning the West Jordan Program Year 2023 Annual Action Plan and updated Analysis of Impediments until 5:00 pm on Wednesday, May 24, 2023.
