- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Alpine City hereby gives notice that an Appeal Hearing will be held Monday April 24th, 2023, at Alpine City Hall, 20 North Main Street, at 11:00 am. Appeal Hearing for variances on the following properties: 1. Marcus Watkins Variance Request, 410 E Watkins Circle: Requesting a variance for a rear and side yard setback for an accessory building. 2. Charie and Jonathon Francom Variance Request, 4084 Alpine Cove Circle: Requesting reduced lot area for Lot 15, Alpine Cove Plat B Amended. Bonnie Cooper Alpine City Recorder April 14th, 2023
