Description/Agenda

. The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meetings 6. Approval of accounts payable disbursements 7. Citizen input 8. Beginning at 6:10 p.m. conduct the public hearings in the following order; a. The Council shall receive public input, then with a recommendation from the Planning Commission consider for approval a code amendment, amending title 9 'Building Regulations', chapter 3, 'Flood Damage Prevention', updating the Flood Damage Prevention with the new Federal Emergency Management Agency floodplain maps. b. The Council shall receive public input, then with a recommendation from the Planning Commission consider for approval a code amendment, amending title 10 'Land Use Regulations', chapter 41, 'Multi-Family Dwellings', section 6, 'Conversion of Existing Dwelling', section 7, 'Conversion of Existing Dwelling or Dwellings to 3 or 4 Dwelling Units. c. The Council shall receive public input, then with a recommendation from the Planning Commission consider for approval a code amendment, amending title 10, 'Land Use Regulations', chapter 39, 'Landscape Requirements', section 4, 'Landscaping', and Section 6, 'Landscaping in Public Right-of-way'. 9. Discuss for approval a temporary land use regulation 2023-01, which is an ordinance establishing a moratorium on residential and commercial building permits and subdivision applications within certain areas of Wellsville City. 10. Cindy Maughan - Discuss grant options along with other funding opportunities for Wellsville City going forward. 11. Scott Wells - Discuss Cemetery Expansion and proceed get approval to obtain to move forward with expansion project. 12. Scott Wells - Discuss Wellsville City 2023-2024 COLA & Merit Increases. 13. Scott Wells - Discuss Third quarter financial statement for January. 14. Department reports 15. City Manager/Recorders report
