Kaysville City Public Hearing Notice The Kaysville City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 27, 2023 at 7:00 p.m., in the Kaysville City Municipal Building Council Chambers located at 23 East Center Street, Kaysville, to consider: An application from Layne Kamalu, who is requesting a zone change for 120 South Main Street from HC Health Care District to PB Professional Business District. The subject property is 0.36 acres/ 15,681.6 ft² parcel on Main Street which is currently used as a medical facility. The rezone would allow for a professional business use in the lower level of building. Comments may be submitted by attending the public hearing in person or through an online form at: https://www.kaysvillecity.com/435/Planning-Commission (comment form is at the bottom of the webpage).
