A public hearing will be held for the following item:
1. Variance Request to allow a 6' fence in the front yard of a multifamily development at approximately 714 & 760 N 900 West - Caleb Corbridge, on behalf of the property owner, is requesting a variance to allow on the above-listed properties a 6' fence in the front yard where fences are limited to 4' in height. The properties are zoned RMF-35 (Moderate Density Multi-Family Residential District) and located within Council District 3, represented by Chris Warton.
