Description/Agenda: To be posted on April 13, 2023 on the Utah Public Notice Website. https://www.utah.gov/pmn/index.html Notice of Public Hearing: Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission to receive public comment on a request by Gary Free, representing Via Digital Solutions, to amend the land use designation from Neighborhood Commercial to Community Commercial and rezone the property from CN (Neighborhood Commercial) to CG (General Commercial) for the property located at approximately 11761 and 11757 South 700 East. The property is known as the Towne Storage Draper Land Use and Zoning Map Amendments.
