Description/Agenda: The Manti City Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, May 9, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. in the Manti City Council Chambers, 50 South Main Street, Manti, Utah to receive public comment on the following . . . 1. Proposed ordinance to eliminate conditional uses in residential zones R-2 and R-3.. 2. Proposed ordinance to govern accessory buildings. 3. Proposed ordinance to adopt development standards and specifications. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals in need of special accommodations should notify Manti City at 435-835-2041 at least three business days prior to the meeting.
