Introduction of Christian Thompson, new POSTT Committee Member.

a. Discuss a proposed outline of POSTT's role related to TAP Tax review and assistance, and how POSTT's relationship coincides with the new proposed Art's TAP Tax Advisory Committee.
b. 'Safe Kids Fair' booth for May 2023.
c. Report on the Committee's Council Report during the City Council work session of the April 18th, 2023.
