NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPACT FEE ENACTMENT AND CAPITAL FACILITIES PLAN
Heber Light & Power Company will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 26, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. at the Heber Light & Power Business Office, 31 S 100 W, Heber City, Utah, to take public comment on the capital facilities plan and proposed electric impact fees. If approved, Heber Light & Power Company would collect impact fees on new connections or capacity upgrades to help the Company pay for a portion of the costs of the increasing demands on the electric system from new development within the Company's service territory.
