- NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that the Town of Brighton, Utah, at their regularly scheduled Town Council meeting on 4/11/2023, adopted Resolution 2023-R-4-2, A resolution establishing policy and providing direction regarding the implementation of H.B. 374 ('county sheriff amendments') . Also adopted was Resolution 2023-R-4-3, Resolution authorizing Greater Salt Lake Municipal Services District to access Utah vehicle registration information to adjudicate vehicle parking notices. For more information, see the attached Resolutions.
