Those present at the City Council meeting were Mayor Kim Soper, City Manager Lori Talbot, City Recorder Tyrissa Howell, City Attorney Barry Huntington, Council Members David Dodds, Mike Sarles, Mark Boshell and Tracy Wright.
PUBLIC HEARING RESOLUTION 2023-2
Mayor Kim Soper read the following statement: Consideration for and adoption of Parameters Resolution authorizing the issuance of Water Revenue Bonds of Panguitch City and Calling of a public hearing to receive input with respect to the issuance of such Bonds and any potential impact to the private sector from the construction of the project.
Mike Sarles moved, seconded by Tracy Wright to enter a public hearing for Resolution 2023-2. The motion passed with all in favor.
There was not any public comment.
Mike Sarles moved, seconded by Tracy Wright to exit the public hearing. The motion passed with all in favor.
Mark Boshell moved, seconded by David Dodds to adopt and approve Resolution 2023-1. The motion passed with all in favor.

Mike Sarles moved to adjourn at 5:03 PM.
