Review and approve minutes from the meeting held March 9, 2023. 2. Review and discuss the remodeling of the old building. Approve the bid and award it to the contractor. 3. Review and discuss the signs that are being made for the Plain City Cemetery. 4. Review, discuss and approve any maintenance issues on equipment or ground. 5. Review and discuss the raising of property taxes. 6. Other Business or concerns from members of the Board or the public. 7. Adjourn.
