Description/Agenda
The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting 6. Beginning at 6:05 p.m. conduct public hearings in the following order; a. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a code amendment, amending title 9 Building Regulations, chapter 3, 'Flood Damage Prevention', updating the Flood Damage Prevention with the new Federal Emergency Management Agency floodplain maps. b. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a code amendment, amending title 10 'Land Use Regulations', chapter 41, 'Multi-Family Dwellings', section 6, 'Conversion of Existing Dwelling', section 7, 'Conversion of Existing Dwelling or Dwellings to 3 or 4 Dwelling Units. c. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a code amendment, amending title 10, 'Land Use Regulations', chapter 39, 'Landscape Requirements', section 4, 'Landscaping', and Section 6, 'Landscaping in Public Right-of-way'. 7.
