BRIGHAM CITY ORDINANCES NO. 23-08, 23-09, 23-10 Notice is hereby given that on April 6, 2023, the Brigham City Council approved Ordinances 23-08, 23-09, and 23-10. Ordinance 23-08 amends Brigham City Code Chapter 29.13, Commercial Districts, to include the use category 'beer retailer' as a permitted use in both the GC General Commercial and the CBD Central Business District zoning districts. Ordinance 23-09 amends Brigham City Code Chapter 29.14, Industrial Districts, to change the use category 'Beer Outlet, Class A, Class B' to 'Beer Retailer' as defined by Utah Code and change from a conditional use to a permitted use in both the M-D Manufacturing-Distribution and M-G General Industrial zoning districts. Ordinance 23-10 amends Title 25, Subdivisions, to provide additional options and forms of subdivision improvement completion assurances. Ordinances shall take effect upon posting and publication on April 10, 2023. Copies of the ordinances are available at the office of the City Recorder during regular business hours, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or by emailing cboss@bcutah.org.
