Review and Approval of the November 10, 2022, EDLF Minutes EDLF Committee members will review the November 10, 2022, minutes and consider for approval. 3. DED Staff Announcements A. None 4. Review and Recommend Trackland Loan - Will Wright A. Staff will present the loan packet for Salt Lake City business, Trackland, and answer loan committee questions. B. 20-minute break to tally evaluation forms. C. EDLF Committee members will review the evaluation score for Trackland and vote to recommend results to City Council 5. Review and Recommend Amendment to Terms of Hello Bulk Loans 1. Loans Overview and Discussion 2. EDLF Committee members will vote on amending terms to Hello Bulk loans. 6. Adjournment - Chair
