PUBLIC NOTICE ST. GEORGE HOUSING AUTHORITY Tuesday April 11, 2023 8:30 a.m. Notice is hereby given that the St. George Housing Authority will hold a board meeting at the Dixie Sun Manor complex located at 975 N. 1725 W. # 101, St. George UT 84770. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Approve minutes of Board Meeting January 10, 2023. 2. Review Housing Assistance Reports (HAP) February, March & April 2023. 3. Discuss fiscal year 2022-2023 budget 4. PHAS Score report to Board. 5. PEHP open enrollment 2023-2024 Insurance Premiums approval from Board. 6. Discuss 2023-2024 SGHA new Budget. Approval, Public Hearing etc. 7. Report on SGHA Bank Accounts 8. Environmental Review Copies. 9. Utah NAHRO Conference April 26-27 (4 Board Members attending) Sponsors 10. Jane Fehrenbacker report on DSM. 11.
