Roberta Reichgelt will provide updates on the Local, Small, and Diverse Business Outreach Initiative from
Purchasing Dept.
Peter Makowski will provide updates on the Main Street Pedestrian Mall Study, Open Streets, and the Outdoor
Dining Grant.

A. March 8, 2023 minutes will be approved in the next meeting.

A. Councilmember Darin Mano Introduction 5 minutes
Councilmember Mano will introduce himself to the Board.
B. Fleet Block Rezone Discussion 20 minutes
Tammy Hunsaker, Deputy Director of Community and Neighborhoods, will provide an update on the Fleet Block
rezone.
C. Special Event Permitting Subcommittee 10 minutes
Chair Jeff Carlton will provide an update on the All Star Bazaar meeting and discuss forming a subcommittee to help
address improvements to the special events permitting process.
