Notice is hereby given that the Wellsville City Planning Commission will hold a regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, April 12, 2023 at the City offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville at 6:00 p.m. The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting a. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a code amendment amending title 9 'Building Regulations', chapter 3, 'Flood Damage Prevention', updating the code with the new Federal Emergency Management Agency flood plain maps. b. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a code amendment, amending title 10 'Land Use Regulations', chapter 41, 'Multi-Family Dwelling', section 6 'Conversion of Existing Dwelling', section 7, 'Conversion of Existing Dwelling or Dwellings to 3 or 4 dwelling units. c. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a code amendment, amending title 10, 'Land Use Regulations', chapter 39 'Landscape Requirements', section 4 'Landscaping', and section 6, 'Landscaping in Public Right-of-way'. 7. Other zoning matters
