NOTICE is hereby given that the American Fork River Debris Basin Administrative Board will meet in a regular session on Monday, April 10, 2023, in the Cedar Hills City Conference Room, 10246 N Canyon Road, Cedar Hills, Utah commencing at 12:30 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: ACTION ITEMS: 1) REVIEW/ACTION TO AMEND CURRENT BUDGET TO REFLECT AMOUNT PAID TO AMERICAN FORK CITY TO DATE. 2) REVIEW/ACTION TO APPROVE ENGINEERING SERVICES, INVOICES, AND CHANGE ORDERS. 3) REVIEW/ACTION TO CREATE AND APPROVE MONITORING SCHEDULE DURING FLOOD POTENTIAL PERIOD. 4) REVIEW/ACTION TO APPROVE FLOOD EQUIPMENT RENTAL AND PREPARATION-CAT EXCAVATOR, COST, WHO, DURATION 5) ACTION TO APPROVE THE MINUTES OF THE FEBRUARY 2, 2023, MEETING. 6) ACTION TO APPROVE INVOICES FOR PAYMENT a) INVOICE FOR TODAY'S LUNCH EXPENSE PAYABLE TO CEDAR HILLS DISCUSSION ITEMS: 7) UPDATE ON OUTLET STRUCTURE PROJECT 8) ROAD APPROACH WORK 9) UPDATE ON BANK ACCOUNT CHANGE ADJOURMENT: NEXT MEETING: JULY 20, 2023 CERTIFICATE OF POSTING I, Melanie Clark, certify that the foregoing agenda was posted at the principal office of the public body, at the Cedar Hills City Recreation Center, American Fork City Police Station, on the Utah State website (http://pmn.utah.gov), and on Cedar Hills City's website (www.cedarhills.org).
