Radios - The 800 radio was installed in Brush 10 but David Stacey is ordering a missing part to
complete the project
The department received a grant for new radios - the department portion is $777.00

Other: Annual department dinner was held at the Crawford Trough March 9th who treated the department generously and was grateful for our service.
Minutes of February 1st 2023
Meeting called to order 7:30 p.m.
Attendance: Board Member Chris Schulthess, Seiko Webb and Board Clerk Robert Leifson
It was moved by board member Chris Schulthess and seconded by board member Seiko Webb as follows: That the minutes of December 7th, 2022 be approved.
The motion carried by the affirmative vote of - Board Members Chris Schulthess and Seiko Webb

It was moved by Board Member Chris Schulthess and seconded by board member Seiko Webb that the bills be approved the motion carried by the affirmative vote Chris Schulthess, and Board Member Seiko webb
Finances - 2022 - Financial certification, financial report and self-evaluation need completed
The board completed the self-evaluation and fraud risk assessment report as well as the financial certification for 2022
Training - Darrin Tingey from T-7 propane has offered to do a training on propane for the dept.
Personnel:
Vehicles - Ford F-450 truck has arrived and been licensed and registered - flat bed has been installed and now need boxes, light bar and radio. David Stacey received a quote from vehicle solutions for the light bar of $3200. The Fire Board approved the bid and David will arrange to schedule the truck to have the bar installed.

Other: fire department appreciation dinner the board discussed trying having the Crawford Trough cater the meal. Rob will check with the members of the department to check the possibility of March 9th, 2023.
