- Regular Council Meeting Call to order: Mayor Alfred C. Bigelow Agenda Items: 1. Cory Hatch, Public Works Director - Update on preparation for spring runoff. 2. Blake DeMill, Electrical Superintendent - Report on Electrical Department. 3. Introduction of Luke Rowley, Manti City Sports & Recreation Director. 4. Councilmember Mary Wintch - Discussion concerning pricing for interment of ashes in the planned columbarium. 5. Kent Barton - Update concerning proposed water treatment plant funding and location. 6. Monthly financial report. 7. Continuing Business. a. Discussion concerning proposed Family Dollar store and commercial development. b. Nuisance Ordinance. 8. Councilmembers reports: Gary Chidester Darren Dyreng Jeff Killian Jason Vernon Mary Wintch 9. Public Comment - two minutes per each comment. 10. Mayor Bigelow. 11. Consideration of minutes of the previous meetings. (March 22nd Council Meeting) 12. City Manager Kent Barton. 13. Closed Session (if needed).
