Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that Gunnison City will hold a public hearing to discuss submitting an application to the Permanent Community Impact Board for funding of the culinary water study, culinary water improvements and storm water study. Gunnison City will solicit comments concerning the size, scope and nature of the funding request for the above projects. All interested persons shall be given an opportunity to be heard. The hearing will be held on Wednesday, September 21, 2011, at 7:00 p.m. at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center, Gunnison, Utah. *In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify Janell Braithwaite, Recorder, (435) 528-7969, at least three (3) working days prior to this meeting. /s/Lori Nay, Mayor
