c. Art class oil painting Quilts and puzzles every Wednesday and Thursday at 10 am
d. Crafts for Pony Express booth available every Wed and Thursday at 10 Am
e. Lunch Bunch April 6 there will not be art or crafts available this day we are going to Sizzler in the District in South Jordan
f. April 17 Bingo 5 PM Pot Luck
g. April 24 5 PM how does your garden grow Debbie Gottfredson with help we pot a plant for our patio garden dessert will be served.
6. May activities
a. Senior council May 2 at 10 AM
b. Lunch Bunch, Chuck a Rama, followed by a trip to the Foundry that does bronze statues.
c. Lunched served Apr 3,10,11,17,18,24,25,31
d. We have painting class every Wednesday, those not in painting class can work on crafts for our booth at Pony Express Days Work on crafts will begin at 10 am and end at noon.
e. On Thursday during the month we will also work on various projects for Pony Express days starting at 10 AM and lasting till noon.
f. May 15 Bingo with a pot luck dinner 5 PM
g. May 20 Saturday we will be planting flowers at the Cemetery starting at 10 am many hands make the work easy. We should be done before noon come and help.
h. May 22 an activity that we need to plan.
7. Open discussion
a. Trip to foundry we need to confirm with Brett Wright.
b. Christmas in June Activity Catered dinner.
c. Pony Express Days dates June 1,2,3
i. We will have a booth on Thursday and Friday only.
d. Rodeo date June 9
e. Parade on June 3 we will have our bus in the parade anyone who wants to ride along and throw candy is welcome.
8. Report on Assignments
a. We are getting a new water heater, the one we have is insufficient
b. Works are under way for a horseshoe pit to be built by our building.
c. Request has been put in to install a hand rail on our from sidewalk this is needed to help many of our seniors access our building
d. We will do a catered Bar b que on June 26th at 5 PM. This will be our Christmas in June Celebration..
