The Mayor and City Council of Helper City,
A Municipal Corporation will hold a regular meeting
on the 6th day of April 2023.
At the Council Chambers
19 South Main, Helper, Utah.
The meeting shall begin at 6:00 pm.
1- Call to order.
2- Pledge of Allegiance.
3- Roll call.
4- Public Comment.
5- Approval of the minutes from March 2, 2023.
6- Good Samaritan Acknowledgement.
7- American Legion - Jeff Cisneros
8- Arbor Day Proclamation.
9- Discussion and possible approval of access management for US-6 cooperative agreement.
10- Discussion and possible approval of purchasing 800 mhz radios in the for approximately $11,000.
11- Discussion and possible approval of submitting a grant for new police vehicles.
12- Discussion and possible approval of updating the special event permit.
13- Discussion and possible approval of purchasing fertilizer for parks not to exceed $2,900.
14- Discussion and Possible approval of purchasing a new park pump in the amount of $11,620.
15- Discussion and possible approval of Resolution 2023-02 creating by-laws for the Helper Historic Preservation Commission.
